  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and accessories included; items showing signs of installation cannot be accepted.

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team, then drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
